SHOPPING & ORDERING

How can I find what I'm looking for?
The easiest way is to use our "Search" feature, found on the top of each page. You can search by keywords, such as "bowling ball," the name of the bowling ball. You can also call one of our sales associates at 920-465-1766, and it will be their pleasure to assist you.


How do I place an online order?
Shopping and ordering online is a breeze at our online store. First select the item you desire and click the "ADD TO CART" button. This will put the desired item into your shopping cart. Some items have options available, and it may be necessary for you to select your options prior to clicking on "ADD TO CART."

If you have successfully added an item to your cart, it will appear in the abbreviated shopping cart window, which appears in the left column of your screen. You may also click on "Shopping Cart" at the very top of your screen to view your contents.

If there are more items you would like to purchase, simply locate the items in our store and add those items to your cart as you desire.

You may view your shopping cart during any time in your shopping experience. From your shopping cart, you may change the quantity of items you have ordered or remove items from your cart that you no longer wish to have. If you have made an error in the options you have selected for an item, simply remove the item and re-add it to your cart with the correct options.

Once you have finished your shopping and have verified your items, you must "checkout" to complete your purchase. There are a couple of ways you may begin the checkout process. You may click on the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button on the left side of your screen or you may click on "Checkout" at the top of your screen. You may also click on "GO TO CHECKOUT" from inside your shopping cart.

In the "Welcome to Checkout" page you will have 3 options. One, you may use the express feature and checkout through PayPal as a registered PayPal member. Two, you may register and create an account with us. Three, if you are a returning customer that has an account profile setup then "Sign In & Checkout". You have now entered the "Billing" and "Shipping" information section. Please fill out all required information and click "Continue". Please verify that the quantities and items in the shopping cart are accurate and that your "Billing" and "Shipping" information is correct. If so, then click "Complete Checkout". If your order was submitted successfully, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your order.

New customers - If you haven't completed an online transaction with us, it's quick and easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of each page. This will take you to the account "Login" page. Once there, click the link that says "Register". Next you'll go to the account registration page where you'll be prompted to enter some relevant information to create your Weber Bowling and Awards account. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you'll have to do is enter your registered password. We will never share your information with any other parties.

Returning customers - If you are an established Weber Bowling and Awards customer who has made an online purchase and has an account set up, all you will need to do is sign in your email address and password. Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation number and an order confirmation email. We recommend that you keep these for your records until you receive your order.

What forms of payment does Weber Bowling & Awards accept?

At weberbowlingandawards.com we accept a variety of online payment options. The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Paypal (We will never see any of your credit card information).
  • Money Order or Certified Check

What forms of payment are available for international orders?
All pricing for international orders are in U.S. dollars.
Please call or email us to make arrangements on international orders. Our website is only set to receive payments from customers located in the Continental United States of America. We will be happy to sell internationally. However, we will only handle international sales on a case by case basis.

How can I check out?
Click on the 'View Cart/Checkout' link at the top of any page to begin the process and follow the prompts for checkout.

How can I be certain that my order has been received?
Upon completion of your order, Weber Bowling and Awards will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, shipping and sales taxes (if applicable), and shipping address to your designated email address. Please note that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is still active.

You can update your existing ship-to address specific to this order once you are in the shopping cart.

Can I change my online order?
If you need to make a change to an existing online order after submittal, please contact Weber Bowling and Awards Online Customer Service by phone (920-465-1766) or fax (920-465-1766) or email us as soon as possible. Although we will try our best to accommodate your change, Weber Bowling and Awards cannot guarantee that the order change can occur once it is submitted. Please include your name and order number. There may be a slight delay between your online order submission and the download to our order processing system; therefore, it is vital that you have all the necessary information available for one of our Customer Service Representatives.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do I know how much the shipping fees will be on my purchase?
Note that some items in our catalog have free shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States and some items in our catalog do not have free shipping. When a shipping fee is added to your purchase, it is calculated based on the weight of the item and the location of the destination. To estimage the cost of shipping, simply add the items in question to your shopping cart. Then, enter your shopping cart. Shipping quotes will be at the bottom of the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your shipping method. If you are no longer interested in the item(s) basket, you may remove from your shopping cart.

What are my shipping options?
Most packages are shipped using UPS or USPS Priority Mail. At the time of check out, the customer can choose additional options. The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus is you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday.

  • International Customers may select either UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service) for methods of shipping. Packages being mailed using USPS may not be tracked and there are no guarantees on delivery time.

How do I know if my order has been delayed?
Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or the beginning of the fall bowling season. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. In general, online orders ship within 48 hours upon submittal. "Next Day Air", "2-Day Air", and "3-Day Select" deliveries are based on when orders leave our warehouse. Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. (EST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's "Next-Day Air", "2-Day Air", and "3-Day Select" shipments. If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday evening.

Where is my order being shipped from?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our headquarters in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Please keep that in mind when you decide your delivery method (i.e., an overnight shipment to Milwaukee will not get there much faster than a standard ground delivery). Also, on occasion, we ship items or entire orders from other locations. Shipments from other locations cannot be expedited and may add a day or two to the delivery time.

Can I use my own FexEx or UPS account to ship my order?
Sorry but at this current time we can not bill to other FedEx or UPS accounts.

Can I have an online order shipped to the store where I can pick it up?
Yes, select "In Store Pickup" for shipping method. All orders will be available in our 2021 Verlin Road location. If you wish to pick up an item at our other store location, please let us know. During the checkout process, you will be able to insert Special Instructions or Comments about your order.

Is a shipment to Guam and Puerto Rico considered an international order?
No. Orders shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico are considered domestic orders and are therefore charged domestic order rates.

PROFESSIONAL BOWLING BALL DRILLING

Can Weber Bowling & Awards drill my ball?
Yes we can. You would need to email us your specs, fax us your specs, or ship a ball to us so we can take the specs from it. Whenever sending anything to us, it is important for you to include your name, phone, and order number.

What are Weber Bowling & Awards fees for drilling?
There are three drilling options and rates. $38 fee for holes in a polyester ball. $48 fee for holes into an introductory resin (Examples include Tornado, Groove, Scout & Tropical Storm etc). $58 fee for holes in any high performance ball. Thumb grips are an additional $10.00. Finger grips are an additional $10 per set of two. Customers that request drilling services will be billed through Paypal. Buyers will receive free domestic shipping on bowling balls bought and drilled at Weber Bowling Awards. (Shipping costs already paid on ball purchases will be deducted from drilling invoice.)

If I send in a ball is there any charge to get the ball back to me?
If you make a purchase to have a ball drilled by Weber Bowling & Awards, then there is no charge to get your original ball back to you if you live in the Continental United States. Please contact us for a return shipping quote if sending us a drilled ball and a blank ball.
