How long will it take to receive my order?

We will begin processing your order as soon as possible. You will get updates on the status of your order as it passes through each phase of the production process. Personalized items can take 2 days to 14 days, depending on your item’s customization and size. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method you selected at Checkout.

How do I track my order?

To track an order, go to https://weberbowlingandawards.com/store/account and either log in to your account or enter the email address used for the order.

Can I contact you with questions about my order?

If you have any questions or special requests on a product or service, contact Weber Bowling & Awards for assistance during our business hours (CST) at 920-465-1766. We are also happy to take phone orders during our business hours.

Do you have an order minimum?

No, we only have a price minimum which the order’s subtotal must be over $20.00.

Do you send an order proof?

Absolutely! Don’t worry; we will send you an order confirmation and an email proof of the layout before we begin your order. We won’t make them until you are pleased with the design and have a chance to proof your order for spelling. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call us!

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order at this time. Please place separate orders on weberbowlingandawards.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please call us at (920) 465-1766.
